Announcements - March 18, 2025

FCCLA - We extend our sincere apologies as a team was missed on the FCCLA announcement yesterday. Congratulations to Level 1: Focus On Children- Hadley Jackson and Whitney York-GOLD

Any current FCCLA member who is interested in growing their leadership skills by serving as an FCCLA officer for the next school year should see Mrs. Kipker for an officer application. Applications and recommendations are due March 27. Interviews will be right after school on April 1. 

HS March Field Day - Students in grades 9-12 need to check their google classroom for March's field day activity.  Only fill out one bracket per student. 

Elementary Attendance Challenge: Congratulations to Mrs. Armbruster’s class!

They are the winners of the (Prek-5th grade) 9-Week Pizza Attendance Challenge with an impressive 94.9% attendance! 

It was a tight race, with Mrs. Emerson’s class finishing a close second at 94.7%

Mr. Liles’ class right behind in third place at 94.6%! 

An amazing job to all the classes, it was incredibly close.

The new challenge started again March 17th for the next 9 weeks, let’s see which class takes the top spot next!

Summer Employment - Attention soon-to-be graduates and incoming 10th-12th graders: Are you interested in making some money this summer?  Jackson Center Schools is looking for help in both our custodial and technology departments. See Ms. Tussing for an application and hand it in to Mr. Reichert.  We can be flexible with summer sports and activity schedules, but consistency is important. 

Attention Seniors - Please send Mrs. Harris one senior picture as soon as possible for the senior slideshow.  You can either bring it in personally or send it to Mrs. Harris via email.  Please send these to Mrs. Harris by Friday, April 17, 2025.  

 FFA Ag Fact: The heaviest bell pepper weighed 2 pounds 2 ounces and was grown in the UK in 2024.
