To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at: https://www.usda.gov/sites/default/files/documents/ad-3027.pdf, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:

Online Lunch Account

Our new payment system for student meals is LINQ Connect. All student account balances from the end
of last year have already been transferred into student account for this coming school year. If you use
LINQ Connect, you’ll see those balances as soon as you register for this account.
To open your account: (You will need your student’s ID, which can be found on their report card,
transcripts, schedules or, if not sure, contact Debbi Tussing, LaCresha Clark or Tony Meyer and they can
assist in getting this for you)
1. Register: Create an account at https://linqconnect.com and select Register in the upper right
hand corner and/or sign up using the mobile app. Your account uses your email address, so
make sure it is correct.
2. Verify your Account: Verify your account by clicking on the email verification link sent to your
email address
3. Sign In: You can sign in at https://linqconnect.com on the website or in the mobile app using
your email and password. Within in your account, you’ll then have the option of turning on
multi-factor authorization, if you prefer an additional level of protection on your account.
4. Make payments/deposits for meals: Within your student accounts, you’ll see balances and a
prompt under each student(s) if you want to send money. Each transaction has a 3.95% charge
with a minimum charge of $2.85 for a smaller transaction.
