March 12 Announcements

There will be a pep rally this afternoon to send our boys basketball team to the regional finals on Friday. Please dismiss band members only at 2:05 so they may get their instruments and be assembled ready to go. The student body will be dismissed by the PA at 2:10 to the high school gym. Please do not allow students to leave your classrooms until announced.  Students will be released from the gm at 2:40 so they can gather their belongings before leaving.  Pep rally is open to any community members that would like to attend. 

Applications are now available for Juniors and Seniors to apply to be a camp counselor for the 6th grade Camp Willson field trip.  Applications can be picked up in Mrs. Sarah Kipker’s room, Mrs. Nancy Meyer’s room or the main office. The sign-ups for interviews can be found posted by Mrs. Meyer's room.  Camp dates are April 27th-29th. Applications are due on Friday, March 20th. See Mrs. Meyer or Mrs. Kipker with any questions. 

Any high school student who is interested in babysitting after school please see Mrs. Kohler for further details.  You must be able to drive.

Student wanting to take CCP courses through Edison next school year are reminded to make sure you fill out the CCP application that Mrs. Kohler gave to you by the end of today.  If you're already a CCP student, you should not apply.  If you're not sure, please check with Mrs. Kohler.

On Tuesday, March 17, the director of Camp Dalanda will be here at 7am to meet with any current TGIF buddies who are interested in serving as a counselor this summer for the camp. This is an informational meeting and no commitment is required at this time. The meeting will be in Mrs. Vicki Kipker's room.
